Deixis was born from my early morning ritual during a difficult time. With only a few hours each day to create, I found myself drawn to labdanum—one of perfumery's oldest materials, treasured for over 5,000 years.

Working in those quiet pre-dawn hours, I found it grounding to connect with such an ancient material while the world was still asleep. I created an amber with a sense of presence and calm. The result balances the rich, honeyed warmth of labdanum with transparent vanilla and frankincense.
