I received a sample of Deixis recently, and was overcome with delight and curiosity. I’ve recently opened up to incense fragrances, and discovered how much I love deep, complex amber notes, and the description of Deixis as “both ancient and thoroughly modern” is exactly right. It feels mysterious, layered, and surprising. I can’t wait too get a full bottle. Love it!

I do not like vanilla or creamy gourmands, so when I read this perfume being described as a 'Frankenstein gourmand' I was intrigued. This perfume is how I imagine the scene of the feasting table of the Pale man, from Pan's Labyrinth, smelling. Dark and dedicate, foreboding in a way that is magical. A dark fantasy of a perfume!

Truly genius scent. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’ve heard “it smells like maple syrup with a kick” and “reminds me of the Chinese medicine my mom used to buy”. I absolutely love it; the depth and longevity. This is my signature scent, smells so nice on me. Fall and winter scent for sure.

Love the coffee note in this. I find it doesn't layer super well due to the camphor but not a problem to wear such an intriguing fragrance on its own!

I can usually be a stickler when it comes to perfumes but this has quickly become one of my favorites. Apart from having one of the most interesting and engaging scents I've ever had it lasts a LONG time and lingers in a subtle but powerful way. If you like sweetly bold musks this is definitely for you.
