"This is my new jam. Dark chocolate and prunes simmered in whiskey long enough for the alcohol to burn off and just leave an amazing wood barrel aged taste. The camphor for me reads as bay leaf with the rosemary, and civet underneath it all to pin it down. Great longevity. Gourmand without the sugar."
